• Omoto’s new Slub Selvedge denim features an expert combination of long-staple slub and recycled-cotton nep yarns. Woven at low-tension on vintage Toyoda GL8 shuttle looms, the denim sports an an irregular vertical grain with a prominent slub-surface texture. Rope-dyed pure indigo, the jeans feature a dark blue color that continues to fade, develop character, and evolve with wear. Each pair is finished with an interior laundry tag, made to document the wearers journey- a testament to the brands slow-fashion philosophy.
